Johnnie Walker Gold Label were in need of a celebratory drinking ritual that challenged the champagne moment. We created the Walker '79, a blend of Johnnie Walker Gold Label, Aperol, pressed apple, honey water and prosecco. All served in a golden chalice topped with edible gold flakes sprayed from a cannon...............That should do the trick.
To showcase the new signature serve S+L also created a supporting video that educated bartenders around the serve alond with training materials and additional serves for premium/maintsream bars.
