Barrie Wilson

Distilled and aged in the best bars Scotland's mining towns have to offer, Barrie went on to manage some of Edinburgh’s top cocktail joints. With a degree in business and bartending he joined the luxury portfolio of Diageo in 2005 where he launched World Class and set alight the brand ambassador journey for many.

Throughout this journey Barrie has developed global signature serves, created the best drinking experiences from Goodwood to Gleneagles and successfully launched brands globally.

Recently, Barrie has been instrumental in helping start up brands get to market and creating some excited and disruptive drinking rituals that will knock your socks off.

Fabrice Limon

Born and bred in hospitality Fabrice originally wanted to go into the world of furniture design after studying Art & Design in Sheffield but the draw of the industry he was raised in was too strong!

He moved down to London in the mid 90s and enjoyed being part of the start of the new cocktail revolution, and from there went on to open bars in Brighton, the French Alps and South Yorkshire.

From there he went on to help with the set up of Mangrove brands where he played for 5 years. In 2013, Fabrice set up a new Spirits company with Quintessentially, the largest luxury lifestyle company in the world and launched Qvodka in the UK, Ibiza, West Africa and Asia.

Harriet Goodchild

Hailing from Essex Harriet began working in the hospitality industry when she was 14. Having fallen in love with the industry she decided to pursue a career in it and so went on to study hospitality and marketing management at Oxford Brookes University.

Following university Harriet moved to London and went on to cut her teeth at Harvey Nichols restaurants, where she managed and organised all things events based.

Harriet now works to ensure the logistics, planning and organisation of Scotch+Limon is ship shape. Whether it be liaising with brand owners or dealing with global customs, Harriet ensures a seamless completion.

Dylan Guarguaglini

Raised by the seaside in sunny Bournemouth, Dylan moved to London to study at university.

Since graduating he stayed in the city working in hospitality support roles, learning the ropes from behind the scenes at Marks & Spencer and Harvey Nichols.

Now at Scotch+Limon he works closely with Harriet to ensure the streamlined day-to-day operations of the business and keeping our social media in check.
